Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized professional to join our team as a Project Officer. This role will provide administrative support to the Executive Office, contributing to service delivery, service promotion, planning, and project development.

  • This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about project management, administration, and collaboration.

The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills, be able to work autonomously, and possess excellent written communication skills.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing general admin support, coordinating the delivery of administrative and business services, preparing routine correspondence and submissions, and reviewing outgoing correspondence.

You will also be required to use relevant technology to prepare documentation and presentation material to support business unit managers and directors.

This is a temporary full-time position until 30 June 2027, offering a competitive salary and opportunities for training and development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • High level of organization skills and time management.
  • Able to work autonomously, with the capacity to contribute positively to Executive Office team.
  • Demonstrated experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment.
  • Project management and related administrative skills, including sound written communication skills and critical thinking skills.
  • Advanced skills in using Microsoft Office applications such as Outlook, MS Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Financial acumen, including budget tracking and accounts payable.
  • Demonstrated capability in the use of TRIM record management system and SAP Finance system.
