Project Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to assist and work with the Site Team in achieving successful project delivery.

The ideal candidate will possess a thorough understanding of drawings, specifications, and quality, WHS, and environmental requirements for all site-related activities.

  • Support the implementation of project quality, WHS and environmental management plans on all projects.
  • Assist with daily project monitoring for toolbox inspections, checklists, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Monitor and update the construction program and site activity.
  • Ensure materials are procured in advance of the construction program.
  • Maximise the utilisation of plant and resources through effective monitoring of daily work activities.
  • Implement improvements for managing site-related costs.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or working towards.
  • Previous experience as an Engineer in the civil industry, ideally within residential subdivisions/bulk earthworks.
  • A current White Card & Drivers Licence.
  • Strong commitment to health, safety, environment and quality standards and practices.
  • Excellent relationship-building, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and positive attitude, with ability to show initiative and take ownership.
  • Strong communication and organisation skills, including strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic and analytical thinking skills with ability to problem-solve.
  • Confidence in using technology, including CRM-based applications and proficiency across the Microsoft Office suite.
