As a key player in business growth, you will play a pivotal role in driving expansion and ensuring customer success within your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include executing sales strategies, building strong customer relationships, and meeting ambitious growth targets.

This role requires a proactive and hands-on approach, with a focus on both expansion and long-term customer satisfaction. You will prioritize daily efforts that optimize growth performance and drive value for customers.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to share field insights and ensure the company's technology continues to meet customer needs. Your contributions will directly support the company's mission to support sustainable agriculture practices.

  • A deep passion for helping farmers succeed and experience in farm systems or the agricultural sector
  • A hunter with a never-say-never attitude and experience in growing new business, owning the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to close
  • Passion and enthusiastic people with a phenomenal attitude and a team player who can consistently overcome challenges

Your day could include on-farm sales meetings, prospecting, networking, forecasting, and growth initiatives. You will work with the Business Development Manager to enable monthly and quarterly forecasting of revenue and optimize and evolve the sales process to become faster, more efficient, and more predictable as the company scales.
