We are seeking skilled professionals to join our team in the field of workplace rehabilitation and wellbeing services. This role will be based in Hobart, with a flexible hybrid working environment that allows for autonomy and collaboration.

Role Overview

As a Rehabilitation Consultant, you will empower clients to thrive by guiding them through their rehabilitation journey with innovative support and solutions that make a lasting difference.

Main Responsibilities
  • Actively manage client portfolios with commitment and care.
  • Establish collaborative partnerships with clients and stakeholders to achieve safe and sustainable outcomes.
  • Conduct vocational and non-vocational assessments to identify effective rehabilitation strategies.
  • Contribute to a safe and supportive workplace culture that values employee wellbeing.
  • Manage time effectively, working independently on-site, in the office or from home.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualifications as Occupational Therapist, Exercise Physiologist, Physiotherapist, Osteopath, Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
  • Registration with relevant professional bodies, such as AHPRA, ESSA (AEP), ASORC or RCAA.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
Desirable Experience
  • Experience in workplace rehabilitation is highly desirable.
  • Strong influencing skills and ability to empower clients in their recovery journey.
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in a multi-disciplinary team.
