Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Logistics Store Person at our Q-Store in Port Wakefield. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing governance duties on logistics inventory management activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pursue logistics inventory management goals with high efficiency
  • Demonstrate strong understanding of inventory management processes and practices
  • Banish communication barriers by possessing strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with team members
  • Take proactive steps to learn and comply with logistics procedures, legislation, policy and regulatory frameworks
Requirements
  • Proven track record in logistics supply chain management
  • Able to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with IT systems such as MILIS, SharePoint, and Objective
What We Offer

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of stakeholders, including Range Operations, Range Services, and Workshops. You will also receive a Special Defence Locality Allowance of approximately $309.85 per fortnight. Our ideal candidate will possess a willingness to learn and develop their knowledge and understanding of logistics practices and processes.
