Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Manager to lead our team in providing efficient and effective warehousing & impresting services across a cluster of Hospitals/LHN/Health Services in SA Health.
About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the operation of warehouses and impresting services meets agreed KPIs and SA Health objectives. This includes ensuring services provided for supply chain Hospital Services is in line with agreed service and quality levels, including hospital accreditation standards.
You will also be responsible for promoting, communicating and influencing customers and stakeholders in relation to Supply Chain Management policy, process and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure the efficient and effective operation of warehouses and impresting services within a cluster of Hospitals/LHN/Health Services that meets agreed KPIs and SA Health objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of warehousing & impresting services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
- Identify opportunities to provide value for money and improve healthcare services through efficient delivery of warehousing & impresting services.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business, logistics or supply chain management.
- Proven experience in a leadership role within a similar industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Benefits
The salary range for this role is $108,109 to $116,864 per annum, plus benefits including superannuation and annual leave.
