About the Role

As a key part of our value chain, our Painting and Finishing Department in Port Kembla is looking for a Supply Chain Improvement Leader to ensure seamless and uninterrupted production. You'll be responsible for ensuring paint and chemical stock is ready in the right quantity at the right time.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide the link between Operations and Production Planning and Scheduling Teams to ensure continued supply
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Guide and recommend solutions when issues and new challenges arise
  • Explore opportunities for process improvements across the department, making recommendations

About You
We're looking for someone with a degree in materials science, engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience with inventory management, planning, and supply chains. You'll have strong analytical skills, be able to manipulate data, and have developed communication and influencing skills. A commitment to safety and wellbeing is essential.
