About the Opportunity
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 20-25 projects
  • Collaborate with senior land use planners and coordinate with subcontractors and consultants to achieve project goals
  • Develop and submit Development Applications for various industries such as irrigated agricultural development, industry, natural resources, residential, commercial, and government projects

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide planning and administrative support for project execution
  • Collaborate with the Director in mentoring and professional development of the Land Use Planning team
  • Build relationships with clients and key stakeholders through effective communication and liaison
  • Manage filing and administrative processes for consultancy and project management

This role requires a strong passion for project outcomes, drive, and sense of responsibility. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving and research abilities, along with the capacity to cultivate relationships and generate new business opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, interact with approximately 30 clients, and build relationships with key stakeholders. Delivering high-quality customer service is essential for this role.
