Job Description

At a leading healthcare provider, we are seeking a skilled Executive Culinary Manager to oversee the operation of our commercial kitchen and dining service. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a beautiful new home and be part of the new setup.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and prepare fresh and nutritious meals for residents in line with their dietary needs and wants.
  • Manage all resources within the kitchen including equipment and food supplies.
  • Maintain a hygienically clean kitchen that is fully compliant with aged care quality standards.
  • Collaborate with residents on menu design and meal times.
  • Prepare texture modified diets and supplements.
  • Ensure all meals are visually well presented.
Requirements:
  • A passion for providing high-quality care to the elderly.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and relationship building skills.
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality (Commercial Cookery).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Ability to build relationships with older people.
