Key Responsibilities:- Food Preparation and Cooking: Prepare and cook meals in accordance with established recipes and menu plans, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
- Catering Services: Provide exceptional catering services for meetings, events and functions, meeting client expectations and quality standards.
- Prior experience as a Cook or Culinary Specialist in a large-scale food preparation environment is essential.
- Certificate in Commercial Cooking or equivalent qualification is required.
- Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines are essential.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
