About the Role

We are seeking experienced Customer Service Officers to join our team in the SA State Government. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service, administrative support, and navigating multiple screens and programs while on the phone.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service to clients
  • Provide high-level, confidential administrative support
  • Navigate through multiple screens and programs while on the phone
  • Answer phone calls and assist with enquiries
  • Ad hoc reporting, filing, and other administrative tasks as required
Requirements
  • Be available Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week
  • Demonstrated customer service experience
  • Ability to adapt to different tasks in short timeframes
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of computer literacy
  • Organisation skills, with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work with others in a large team and work autonomously
  • Commitment and adherence to organisation values and policy and procedure
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to show initiative and work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
