Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Technical Training Specialist to join our dynamic team in Wollongong, NSW. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs that enhance technical skills across all levels of an organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver training programs for IT staff
  • Develop and maintain training materials and resources
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate and up-to-date
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Education, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Certification in training, such as CTT+ or Microsoft Certified Trainer, is highly desirable
  • Proven experience as an IT Trainer, with expertise in designing, developing, and delivering IT training programs
  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to cater to various learning styles
  • Ability to assess training needs and measure outcomes to ensure effectiveness
  • Strong organisational skills and the capacity to manage multiple training schedules simultaneously
