Desktop Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clinicians and executives, ensuring they have the tools and resources they need to perform their duties efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in desktop support, with a strong background in Windows endpoint management, SOE/MOE standards, and lifecycle management. They will also have hands-on experience with Intune or MECM, AD/Entra ID, and Microsoft 365 admin.

The role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders. The successful candidate will be proactive, able to troubleshoot complex technical issues, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective technical support to clinicians and executives
  • Manage Windows endpoints, including configuration, upgrade, and decommissioning
  • Administer Intune or MECM for enrollment, policy, and application deployment
  • Support VIPs and senior leaders with calm, proactive communication
  • Maintain accurate asset records and short, reusable knowledge articles

What You'll Bring:

  • Senior desktop support experience in large or multi-site environments
  • Strong Windows endpoint skills, SOE/MOE, and lifecycle management
  • Hands-on Intune or MECM, plus AD/Entra ID and Microsoft 365 admin
  • ServiceNow (or similar) with disciplined ticket and stakeholder comms
  • Confidence with boardrooms/exec support, AV, and Teams Rooms

Nice to Have:

  • Hospital or government experience
  • Jamf or mixed Windows/Mac fleet exposure
  • Packaging experience and change approvals in an SOE environment

Contract Details:
