As our Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient day-to-day operation of our resort. You will interact with owners and guests, all resort departments, the community, and our corporate office as necessary.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Motivate and inspire your front office team to achieve peak performance
- Direct and promote a good working relationship between the various resort departments, encouraging effective collaboration
- Lead the recruitment, hiring, and training of all staff, ensuring adequate staffing levels at all times
- Assist the Resort Manager with policy and procedure planning, implementation, and monitoring
