**About the role**

To support our growing team and the needs for the wider business, we are currently seeking an Office Coordinator to support the Office Manager to deliver on the administration required for a well-functioning office environment. This exciting and diverse role will allow you to showcase your office coordination skills.

It calls for someone who is highly organised to meet deadlines and passionate to deliver on outcomes for the wider business.

As part of the requirements of this role it will be need to be working in the BRAND NEW offices at our Bowen Hills location.

**What you will do**
- Supervise and coordinate the front Reception area including being the first point of contact for new people accessing the building and welcoming stakeholders.
- Maintain meeting rooms and facilities.
- Order / replenish stationery, office equipment and merchandise supplies while keeping records of stock.
- Assist with domestic and international travel requests as required for individual travel as well as larger group bookings.
- Assist and support the Office Manager with day-to-day requirements as instructed.
- Assist and support the Head Barista with pantry ordering when and if needed.
- Prepare documents for meetings and business trips.
- Assist in the coordination of whole of office events and office culture initiatives.
- Process invoices.
- Assist Office Manager with overflow facilities support.
- Proactively help improve office functionality and output.
- Ad-hoc duties.

**Who we're looking for**
- 2 or more years' experience in a similar office administration or coordinating role.
- Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and a general familiarity and comfort with computers and technology.
- Self-driven with initiative and the willingness to ask questions without hesitation.
- Service oriented, proactive and detail oriented.
- Comfort with ambiguity and a fast-paced work environment. Be able to pivot from task to task while being able to think proactive vs reactive.
- Ad hoc reception support.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective organisation and time management skills.
- Efficient and accurate typing ability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
