Early Childhood Intervention Opportunity

Job Description:

  • Deliver interventions to NDIS participants (specifically children aged 0-8) and their families, leading to positive life-changing outcomes.
  • Provide support for children with disabilities, working collaboratively with parents, carers, and other professionals as needed.
  • Work in diverse settings, from homes and schools to playgrounds and community centers, utilizing your assessment and communication skills to get to know the child and their family.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and registration as an Occupational Therapist, Physiotherapist, Speech Pathologist, Educator or Social Worker.
  • Minimum 12 months experience working with children aged 0-8 and their families.
  • Demonstrated experience working with children with disability.
  • A positive and flexible approach to work.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as a team player.
  • Commitment to personal and professional growth.
  • Valid Australian drivers license and NDIS Workers Screening Check.
