About Us:

At our organization, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality training and assessment services in the construction earthmoving and civil construction industries. As a Specialist Trainer & Assessor, you will play a key role in shaping the skills and knowledge of our students.

Your Role:

This is a full-time position that involves delivering engaging and relevant training and assessment services across two campuses. You will work with a range of stakeholders, including students, trainers, and assessors, to ensure that our courses meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver training and assessment services that meet the requirements of ASQA/RTO Standards
  • Supervise students' behavior and provide feedback to improve their performance
  • Maintain equipment, training venues, and training aids to ensure they are safe and effective
  • Travel may be required to deliver training off-site
  • Perform other general duties as required

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience working in the construction or civil construction industry
  • Be eligible to obtain a Working Children Check Card and a Police Check
  • You will need to be an Australian Resident
  • Must hold a valid Australian Driver's Licence
