Trainer and Assessor – CPC50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction

Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experiencedTrainer and Assessorto deliver theCPC50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering engaging course content, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to support student success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background inbuilding and construction, along with relevant training and assessment qualifications. You should be passionate about education, capable of delivering high-quality learning experiences, and committed to maintaining industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate and deliver course modules to students in an engaging and structured manner.
  • Assess student submissions, provide detailed feedback, and ensure compliance with training and assessment standards.
  • Support and mentor students to help them achieve their learning goals.
  • Maintain accurate student records and adhere to RTO compliance requirements.

Requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or TAE40116).
  • Relevant qualifications inBuilding and Construction(e.g., CPC50120/50220 - Diploma in Building and Construction).
  • Industry experience in thebuilding and construction sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in online and/or face-to-face training delivery is desirable.
