Key Responsibilities:
  • Calling back potential leads in support of the BDM's.
    • Following up on warm leads from marketing campaigns, events, and emails.
    • Determining genuine prospects to ensure they are a good fit for our financial services
  • Recording and tracking leads through Salesforce.
  • Supporting both short-term inquiries and long-term opportunities.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong communication skills and professional phone manner.
  • Previous experience within telesales, preferably in client-facing or sales support roles.
  • Able to identify quality leads and know when to hand them off.
  • Motivated, proactive attitude with strong attention to detail.
