The Payroll Remediation Director oversees and manages all aspects of payroll remediation projects. This includes identifying discrepancies, ensuring compliance with Australian regulations, and implementing corrective actions to resolve payroll issues.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payroll management, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of Australian laws and regulations.
This role is responsible for managing payroll remediation projects from inception to completion, conducting thorough audits, developing and implementing remediation plans, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in payroll management, with a focus on payroll remediation.
- In-depth knowledge of Australian laws and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead and manage complex projects.
- Proficiency in payroll software and data analysis tools.
