About the Role- Provide inpatient rehabilitation care for up to 16 patients, as well as supporting outpatient and hydrotherapy programs.
- Act as the key clinical leader on shift, working closely with EENs and AINs, and taking charge of the facility after hours.

About You- Work collaboratively with patients and families to establish and achieve individual rehabilitation goals.
- Have recent experience in an acute or subacute hospital setting.
- Demonstrate clinical skills in care planning, medication management, wound care, documentation and reporting, and patient safety (falls prevention, manual handling, pressure injury management).
- Be a strong communicator and team player who values person-centred care.
- Comprehensive orientation, including morning, afternoon and night shift training.
- One-day mandatory education at Manning Base Hospital.
- One-day Rehabilitation Course, specialising in benchmarking with FIM - Functional Independence Measure.
- Allocated ward time to complete mandatory education.
- A friendly and welcoming team culture.
- Opportunities for additional shifts or overtime.
