Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologist

We are seeking passionate and driven professionals to join our expanding team as Occupational Rehabilitation Psychologists. This role can be based in Gold Coast, Brisbane, or Sunshine Coast.

  • This position involves assisting individuals with their recovery and return to work and life following injury or illness.
  • The successful candidate will conduct a range of assessment and case management services across various customer portfolios.
  • They will support people to recover and return to their pre-injury or new employment using their clinical skills and knowledge.
  • This role requires interacting and building relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
About You:
  • You hold a degree in Psychology and have relevant professional membership.
  • You possess a desire to work in occupational rehabilitation.
  • You hold a current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check.
  • You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • You excel at time management, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
  • You demonstrate honesty, integrity, a good team attitude, and a positive approach.
  • You show a genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
