
Career Opportunity: Customer Success Professional

We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Professional to join our team. This role will focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring our clients have the knowledge and skills they need to get the most out of our recruitment software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and answer questions regarding our software;
- Implement & train new client accounts;
- Quality & assurance testing;
- Join sales meetings with prospective clients to showcase our software product;
- Work closely with internal teams, providing resources and systems knowledge to support our clients;
- Provide best practice, strategic, and commercial Talent Acquisition advice to multiple clients from varied industries;
- Contribute to continuous improvement strategies on client engagement; and
- Build strong relationships with clients and identify opportunities to further service them through our other internal teams.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years experience in a SaaS customer success role;
- Proven experience in software training, demonstration, troubleshooting, and implementation;
- Basic understanding of sales & sales language;
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities;
- Experience working to set KPIs and targets;
- The ability to work autonomously;
- A passion for building strong relationships with clients;
- Great customer service skills, with a focus on always putting the client first;
- Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience (highly desirable).
