Commercial Property Valuer

Requirements:

  • A qualified commercial valuer with experience in property valuation and a strong understanding of market trends
  • Exceptional communication and business development skills
  • A commitment to ongoing professional development, including certification as a Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) and membership of the Australian Property Institute (API)
  • Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skills
  • Excellent customer service and stakeholder communication skills
