Investment Services Professional

We are seeking a motivated and technically proficient property expert to join our Investment Services team. As an Investment Services Analyst, you will work alongside industry professionals across some of the most prominent commercial assets on the Gold Coast.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct research and analysis of transactional sales data and market share trends across various asset classes.
  • Databasing – identifying buyers and vendors for different asset types.
  • Provide financial and cash flow modeling for commercial properties, and assist in compiling content for submissions, pitches, and information memorandums.
  • Coordinate and undertake comprehensive financial and technical due diligence, including lease reviews, and managing related campaign enquiries.
  • Prepare and assist with property and superannuation appraisals when required.
  • Attend client meetings and property inspections as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Property, Business, or a related field.
  • Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Project).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Solid understanding of the local investment property market and current trends.

The ideal candidate is currently working as a valuer or analyst within a commercial property firm or financial institution and is looking to align with one of the country's leading Investment Services teams.
