Wholesale Customer Support Specialist

As a key member of our wholesale operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our wholesale customers. This role involves processing orders efficiently and accurately, supporting account managers with account administration, and assisting with general customer inquiries.

You will work closely with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your keen interest in systems and process improvement will enable you to identify areas for enhancement and make recommendations to the sales support team leader.

About The Role
  • Process orders to meet agreed service level agreements
  • Escalate support requests to ensure timely resolution
  • Liaise with accounts receivable team to ensure payments are received and processed
  • Work with distribution centre to ensure timely and accurate shipment of wholesale orders
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
  • Provide direct sales support to global business development managers
Key Responsibilities

This role requires a tech-savvy individual with an aptitude for learning new software tools. Experience with CRM and ERP systems is highly desirable.
