**The Role**:
Our client is a Melbourne-based denim retailer, who are seeking a Wholesale Administrator to support their customer service division. Throughout this role you will champion the brand experience and representation of the business.

This role encompasses a wide array of responsibilities, requiring seamless collaboration with various departments and wholesale partners.

Building solid internal relationships is crucial for success in this role.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish style masters using ERP system and upload seasonal styles onto server.
- Process customer orders and invoicing accurately and efficiently, also managing cancellations and credits.
- Coordinate with Production, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Communicate delivery dates and exceptions to sales agents.
- Resolve delivery issues with warehouse and retail partners' distribution centres.
- Assist in creating clearance packages and process EDI orders promptly.
- Ensure thorough allocation and invoicing of all orders.
- Collaborate with D2C and Wholesale teams on future orders and replenishments.
- Provide support to retail stores for customer inquiries.

**Experience**:

- Preferably experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of wholesale processes.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel.
- Customer-focused with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Collaborative team player with enthusiasm and energy.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
