Are you passionate about helping older adults maintain their independence and mobility?

We are seeking a skilled Mobility Specialist to join our team, working with us to deliver goal-focused, personalized programs tailored to each resident's unique needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive assessments and clinical recommendations to support residents' mobility, transfers, and daily living.
  • Provide therapy that promotes falls prevention, pain management, arthritic care, and skin integrity.
  • Create individualized therapy programs and lead group-based active ageing sessions.
  • Work closely with facility staff to review care plans and adjust therapy as residents' needs evolve.
  • Embrace flexibility and collaboration within a caring, forward-thinking team.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
  • Current AHPRA registration.
  • Australian working rights.
  • Ability to obtain NDIS workers screening and National Police Check.
