Mobile Asset Compliance Specialist

About the opportunity

The Mobile Asset Compliance Specialist is responsible for the tracking and utilization of all transportable mobile assets, including all TEU's (Twenty-foot Equivalent Units)

This role is vital to ensuring the tracking of shipping containers (in all forms), compliance and data integrity in line with Sea Swift policies and best practice.

What you will be doing:

  • Reconciliation and data entry of monthly shipping container audits
  • Reporting of maintenance issues relating to shipping containers
  • Compliance checks
  • Adherence to compliance cycles and ensuring major capital replacement initiated as required.
  • Update of EAM (or equivalent system) as required.
  • Manage asset conditions as required to ensure optimal operational capability.
  • Have good relationships with stakeholders and suppliers to ensure smooth coordination and resolve any service delivery issues that may arise.

What we require from you:

  • Data management skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex duties simultaneously.
  • Time management and planning skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Logistics management
  • Test and tag management
  • CSC certification (or ability to obtain)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, Sharepoint)
  • Understanding of WH&S obligations.
  • Ability to travel when required.
