Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care that supports residents' holistic needs
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual requirements
- Ensure safe medication management and accurate documentation of medication plans and progress notes
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
- Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience delivering nursing services in aged care or similar settings
- Ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to healthcare assistants
