The Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Regis Redlynch Home.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality patient care that supports residents' holistic needs
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual requirements
  • Ensure safe medication management and accurate documentation of medication plans and progress notes
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (or equivalent qualification)
  • Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Experience delivering nursing services in aged care or similar settings
  • Ability to lead, supervise, and delegate tasks to healthcare assistants
