**Caregiver for Seniors**: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Allied Health Assistant to join our team in Residential Aged Care.

As an Allied Health Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting older people to stay active, independent, and connected to their communities. You will be part of a dedicated team that delivers reablement-focused programs, making a real difference in residents' lives.

About the Role
  • You will support mobility and functional programs
  • You will assist with restorative therapy
  • You will facilitate falls prevention and active ageing group sessions
  • You will assist with pressure care and pain management plans
  • You will collaborate with physiotherapists, occupational therapists, and care staff to deliver resident-centred support
Requirements
  • You must be a qualified Allied Health Assistant (Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance, or equivalent experience)
  • You must have current Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy students seeking hands-on experience in aged care are encouraged to apply
  • You must have Australian working rights
  • You must be willing to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
  • You must have a current driver's licence and be willing to travel within a dedicated region
