About the Role

You'll have the opportunity to work across a range of clinical areas, including:

  • Mobility and functional assessments
  • Restorative therapy
  • Falls prevention
  • Pressure care
  • Pain management
  • Active ageing group programs

You'll collaborate with care staff to develop resident-centred plans and deliver one-on-one reablement therapy, making a real difference in the lives of those you serve.

In return, you'll receive support from a large and supportive national team, ongoing mentoring, and an annual professional development allowance and inhouse professional development program.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation in physiotherapy principles and practices
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for reablement and restoring independence in the lives of older people
  • Australian working rights
  • The ability to obtain NDIS Worker Screening and a National Police Check
