We are seeking a skilled Field Operations Manager to lead our research operations and drive the success of our projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a decentralized field team, recruiting, training, and supporting interviewers, and identifying opportunities for operational improvement.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage workforce allocation to ensure optimal interviewer coverage for each research project.">
  • Recruit, train, and support interviewers, providing ongoing guidance with the assistance of the Head of Field Operations and internal project teams.">
  • Develop and enhance training materials and implement training for interviewers to ensure high-quality data collection.">
  • Maintain regular communication with project staff, senior management, and other field staff to ensure well-planned and managed projects.">
  • Provide accurate reporting on project progress for key stakeholders.">
  • Collaborate with internal teams to oversee the production and distribution of field materials.">

What We're Looking For

At least 3~5 years of field management experience is required. You should have a positive, motivating attitude and strong organizational abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as a collaborative attitude, are essential for this role.
