**Job Description**

We are seeking an experienced Field Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the operations team, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support across various locations.

The primary responsibilities of this role include:

  • Investing time in learning machinery, software, and equipment to increase efficiency as a field operations specialist.
  • Attending maintenance, servicing, and breakdowns across various locations, with opportunities to progress to installations.
  • Investigating and understanding the root cause of issues with machines to accurately fault find.
  • Building strong relationships with customers by displaying empathy and responding quickly to their questions or concerns.
  • Conducting training for customers on machinery and software, teaching them how to maintain, upkeep, and fix regular issues.
  • Contributing to the research and development of new machinery in our workshop.

To be successful in this opportunity, you must have:

  • Experience in a trade or as a technician (automotive, fitter and turner, mechanical, electrical, engineering).
  • Experience with CNC software is highly desirable but not essential.
  • A clean and full driver's licence.
  • A desire to learn and continuously improve your skills.

This role requires a current right to work in Australia, and applicants without this qualification will not be considered.
