Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Field Operations Support Specialist to join our team in Melbourne, Australia.

The ideal candidate will provide administrative and coordination support to the Field Operations team, assisting with preparation of reports, schedules, and operational documentation, maintaining accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems, supporting communication between field teams, head office, and other stakeholders, managing logistics for training, meetings, and site visits, and tracking key metrics and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Field Operations team, including preparing reports, schedules, and operational documentation.
  • Data Entry and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate data entry and record keeping in business systems.
  • Communication: Support communication between field teams, head office, and other stakeholders.
