You will work closely with a dedicated team to provide technical assistance to customers, resolve issues promptly, and ensure seamless operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary technical interface with customers">
  • Coordinate product installations, maintenance, and repairs">
  • Monitor equipment performance and identify areas for improvement">
  • Collaborate with Team Lead to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction">
  • Liaise with service contractors to ensure efficient resolution of issues">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Valid Driver's Licence

">

- At least 3 years of field service experience with technical query handling

- Ability to travel locally, regionally, and interstate

- Availability to work on a 7-day rotating roster (including weekends)

- Strong understanding of electro-mechanical systems and computing environments

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
