Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a motivated and forward-thinking individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. Our client is a leading player in the steel industry, dedicated to providing high-quality steel products to customers commercially and domestically.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating sales opportunities through enthusiastic and proactive service provision, accepting, processing, and managing orders, meeting and exceeding customer expectations, and meeting and exceeding business Key Result Areas (KRAs).
About the role:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize knowledge and skills to promote and sell products, meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to ensure the business remains competitive.
About you:
- Proven experience in customer-facing roles, with a strong track record of building and maintaining relationships.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
- A forward-thinking and proactive approach, with a willingness to think outside the box and develop innovative solutions.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering results.
