Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Automotive Administrator. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing service orders, and ensuring the smooth flow of daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Interaction: Greet clients with a smile, handle phone inquiries, and schedule service appointments with precision.
  • Service Advising: Assess customer needs, provide expert recommendations, and explain repair processes clearly and confidently.
  • Workshop Coordination: Manage service orders, track job progress, and liaise with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Administrative Duties: Handle invoicing, process payments, warranty and claims processing, maintain accurate records, and ensure a smooth flow of daily operations.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer concerns, resolve issues swiftly, and ensure every client leaves with a positive experience.
Requirements
