About The Role

In the capacity of Regional Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our Goulburn clinic and play a crucial role in our strategic growth into new markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accountable for business performance and key financial indicators, including profit and loss and budget oversight.
  • Leading and nurturing teams, promoting best practices to cultivate high-performing allied health groups.
  • Facilitating employee onboarding, development, and fostering a positive workplace culture alongside fellow leaders.
  • Formulating and executing business development strategies and managing client accounts.

  • Managing client retention and generating new client referrals.
  • Ensuring effective communication with internal leaders and providing clear updates to executive management.
  • Collaborating with referring medical professionals, government agencies, and caregivers.
  • Engaging with Support Coordinators and NDIS Local Area Coordinators.

  • Experience in healthcare is beneficial, though not mandatory.
