Job Title: Resident Experience Coordinator
  This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Resident Experience Coordinator, where you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our Therapeutic Community. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate and support the effective operations and communication between staff and residents, ensuring that daily schedules are adhered to, and information is disseminated in a timely manner for enhanced treatment outcomes for the residents.
  As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating daily activities, ensuring resident management is effectively managed, and providing administrative support to the Operations Team Leader. You will work closely with residents, staff, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and cooperation.
  To succeed in this role, you must have experience working or living within a Therapeutic Community model, hold a relevant health/welfare tertiary qualification, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively are also essential.
