About the Position

We are seeking a seasoned remuneration expert to join our organization in Canberra. This role will suit someone with strong technical expertise in HR, accounting, Excel, and analysis of remuneration and economic data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct annual reviews of remuneration packages across 100+ overseas missions.
  • Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to recommend adjustments in complex environments.
  • Maintain and enhance the remuneration analysis model, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and ease of use.
  • Manage data inputs, documentation, and methodologies for audit-ready decision-making.
  • Lead procurement and integration of market data from external providers.
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to incorporate local context into salary outcomes.
  • Oversee survey coordination across global missions.
  • Provide high-level strategic advice and contribute to quality assurance initiatives.
About You / Qualifications
  • Demonstrated expertise in remuneration analysis or HR.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to maintain and enhance data models.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data.
  • Proven stakeholder engagement experience in challenging environments.

This is a mid-senior level position that requires current NV1 Security Clearance and advanced communication skills.
