Job Summary This exciting opportunity involves conducting annual remuneration reviews, maintaining and enhancing remuneration models, integrating market data, and delivering defensible analysis to senior stakeholders across Australia's overseas network. Responsibilities Key Duties

  • Conduct annual reviews of remuneration (salary and benefits) across 100+ overseas missions.
  • Apply actuarial data and market intelligence to determine salary adjustments.
  • Maintain and enhance the Excel-based remuneration model (incl. PowerQuery).
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will require:
  • A strong background in remuneration or HR analytics with advanced Excel/PowerQuery skills.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a high-performing team environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
