Clinical Care Specialist Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient-centred care and treatment during the transport of patients with a wide variety of medical conditions.

About the Role
  • Perform patient assessment and intervention on-road.
  • Provide high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders.
  • Assess the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with guidelines and within scope of practice.
  • Work collaboratively with team members.

To be successful, you will need:

  • Qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse.
  • Current registration (or pending approval for Paramedics).
  • Ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions.
  • Compassion, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service.
  • Satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Full Drivers Licence, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and right to work in Australia.
