Compassionate Community Support Professional

The Amaranth Foundation is seeking an experienced professional to join our mental health service team. As a key member of our community support program, you will work collaboratively with clients, carers and families to provide holistic care planning and deliver therapeutic interventions.

  • Engage with clients, carers and families in collaboration with referrers, other service providers and stakeholders to foster trust and coordinate care planning.
  • Provide evidence-based practice and appropriate treatment options as required.
  • Assist in clinical supervision and contribute to ongoing professional development and peer training activities.
