">Job Description:
">We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Paramedic or Registered Nurse to join our team as a Mobile Patient Care Specialist. In this role, you will provide high-quality patient-centered care and treatment during the transport of patients with a wide variety of medical conditions.
">About the Role:
">As a Mobile Patient Care Specialist, your key responsibilities will include performing patient assessments and interventions on-road, providing high-quality patient care and treatment during on-road transport, developing and maintaining positive working relationships with patients and stakeholders, assessing the effectiveness of interventions in accordance with guidelines and within scope of practice, performing independently and problem-solving within policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with team members.
">Key Skills and Qualifications:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have qualifications as a Registered Paramedic or Division 1 Registered Nurse, current AHPRA registration (or pending approval for Paramedics), ability to drive in both city and country traffic conditions, compassion, professionalism, and dedication to excellent service, experience in the NEPT sector is desirable but not essential, satisfactory completion of safety screening including a current Full Drivers Licence, Working with Children's Check, National Police Check, and right to work in Australia, knowledge of NSW NEPT service specifications is desirable.
