About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to lead a cultural shift in health, safety, and environment within our organization.

We are seeking a dedicated professional to assist us in achieving our goal of reducing risk, strengthening culture, and embedding smarter systems across our key manufacturing sites.

This role involves delivering proactive coaching and capability-building across operational teams, supporting critical risk reduction initiatives, conducting thorough incident investigations, and implementing and embedding our onboarding framework to target injury reduction in new hires.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver proactive WHSE coaching and capability-building across operational teams
  • Support critical risk reduction initiatives, particularly around machinery safety, Chain of responsibility & Respirable Crystalline Silica
  • Conduct thorough incident investigations and support preventative action planning
  • Help implement and embed our onboarding framework to target injury reduction in new hires
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an engaging and confident communicator who can influence, coach, and lead change. You should have proven HSE experience in high-risk environments, strong experience with machinery safety, risk assessments, and health & hygiene monitoring, practical investigation skills, and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills.
