As a Waste Reduction Specialist, you will work closely with our clients and partners to facilitate large-scale recycling behavior change and drive business growth.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement waste reduction strategies across various schemes
  • Foster strong relationships with partner scheme contacts and stakeholders
  • Build and maintain operational strategies to support intra-state scheme expansion
  • Drive continuous improvement in brand experience through national services and consumer touchpoints
  • Support digital expansion and improve membership offerings
  • Initiate and deliver programs that promote thought leadership in the Circular Economy
Requirements and Qualifications:

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with:

  • A minimum of 6 years' experience in brand management and partnership development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and deliver under tight timeframes
  • Experience with lifecycle management and digital marketing
