Procurement Specialist

We are seeking a Procurement Specialist to deliver cost reduction projects across our Health, Education and Heavy Industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough cost reduction opportunity assessments based on client spend data and contracts.
  • Manage strategic sourcing initiatives, direct negotiations, and process improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with project delivery teams to drive cost reduction programs.
  • Leverage strong analytical skills to manage delivery teams effectively.
  • Contribute to the company's strategic direction and support Partners in sales, marketing, systems, and business development.
  • Foster a high-performing, flexible, and inclusive team culture.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field.
  • Relevant consulting experience required.
  • A career path in procurement consulting within a specialist firm is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills, with advanced PowerPoint skills.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to interpret data and identify opportunities.
  • High level of drive and a team player mindset.
  • Experience in the healthcare or heavy industry sector is beneficial.
  • Delivering PMO projects is highly desirable.
