We are seeking a skilled professional to contribute to the planning, delivery and continuous improvement of waste management and resource recovery programs.

  • Developing and implementing waste reduction strategies
  • Coordinating and managing projects related to waste minimization and recycling initiatives
  • Providing expert advice on waste, recycling and sustainable development issues
  • Engaging with stakeholders to promote waste avoidance, reuse and recycling practices
  • Supporting the assessment of development applications with waste-related requirements
  • Integrating sustainability principles into operations and community programs

Tertiary qualifications in waste management or a related field are essential. Experience in waste reduction, recycling, sustainability or environmental management is also required. Additionally, strong stakeholder engagement and consultation skills, as well as knowledge of current waste management legislation and sustainable development principles, are highly desirable.
