Profit Protection Professional

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Profit Protection professional to lead our ANZ team. As the Head of Profit Protection, you will be responsible for developing and driving the Profit Protection strategy across Australia & New Zealand.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in managing shrinkage, leading teams, and implementing initiatives to reduce risk and cost. You will work closely with the business to achieve Shrink targets and ensure financial, operational, and strategic goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the business in achieving Shrink targets
  • Monitoring and managing shrinkage in the distribution centre
  • Prioritising incoming security information for the Territory Profit Protection Managers and Retail Team
  • Assisting in developing the strategic Profit Protection plan
  • Ensuring the Profit Protection Team's actions align with overall company strategy
  • Identifying and implementing initiatives to significantly reduce risk and cost
  • Effectively communicating with Support Office and store teams
  • Maintaining all security systems
  • Working collaboratively with Retail, HR, and other departments
  • Attending and overseeing serious security incidents
  • Providing timely information and statistics
  • Staying up to date on employment and criminal law changes
  • Maintaining strong relationships with external agencies
  • Representing the company at external and internal meetings
  • Completing ad-hoc tasks as directed by senior management
